ANNUAL DUES SUMMARY

• Beach Dues of $540 are mandatory.
• Pool Add-On is $960 ($480 for seniors) and is optional for deeded members and mandatory for associates. If you are a Deeded senior (65+ and reside in the membership property address) but do not see the senior discount below, please email info@sheridanbeach.org before paying and we’ll get that resolved.
• Required for pool and senior pool members only, there is an optional 4 hour work party buy-out ($200). See here for details about work party and sign up.
• In order to register for Sheridan Beach Swim Team (SBST) on April 8, households must have a pool membership and dues must be paid for 2026.
• A late charge of $25 will be assessed on the 15th of each month, beginning May 15, 2026.  Interest at a rate of 12% per year may also be collected.

PAYMENT METHODS

Thank you for choosing to pay your dues through your website portal. There are three options for payment this year:

• Credit or Debit Card
• Zelle*
• Check*

*If you are paying by Check OR Zelle, these payments will not show as “Pending.” Accounts are marked Paid once received and processed (1–2 business days for Zelle; approximately 7 business days for checks).
