About the Club

The Sheridan Beach Community Club (SBCC) was created in 1938. We are a Homeowners Association (HOA) made up of 270 homes connected to each other through our Covenants and By-Laws, or “deeded” membership to SBCC.  Deeded homeowners are required to pay yearly beach dues as part of a home’s HOA membership. Members enjoy year-round access to our private beach club, facilities and events, and have the option to add a pool membership during the summer season. Beyond the Club, SBCC offers many benefits including a desirable neighborhood of spacious single-family lots, sidewalks, and property values which reflect these amenities.

In addition to deeded memberships, there are a limited number of Associates offered to homes outside the deeded area within a one-mile radius of the Club.  All Associates are pool memberships and require a buy-in payable over four years, yearly pool dues, and volunteer hours. There is a several-year wait list for Associates.
