- Associate applicants must reside within the associate boundaries which are 1 mile of the Sheridan Beach Club. The boundaries apply to both sides of the street. A map of the boundaries can be found at the bottom of this page.
- The Board may adjust the associate membership boundary, as it deems appropriate. While it is the intent of the Board to minimize changes in the boundary over time, it may make changes to promote a balance between the Club's interest in sufficient pool of applicants and a reasonable wait time for associate applicants.
- An associate's order on the waiting list will be determined by the date the Membership Committee Chair receives the completed Associate Application.
- Applicants that declined an offer of membership move to the bottom of the applicant list.
- Associates who move outside the associate boundary must request their continued associate membership in writing to the Board and be approved by the Board for continued associate membership.
- Associates who end up outside of the associate boundary as a result of a boundary change will be able to retain their associate membership.
- Previous deeded members who moved into the associate boundary area can immediately become associates with the approval of the Board and upon fulfilling all required documentation and paying fees that would be required as an incoming new associate.
- A $100.00 non-refundable application fee will be requested via email. You will be added to the waitlist upon receipt of payment. The waitlist policy and application fee is subject to change at any time for any reason and without prior notice to applicants, and no guarantee is made as to if/when a waitlist participant will be offered a membership.
