Sheridan Beach Community Club is a Homeowners Association (HOA) of 270 homes with "deeded" membership to SBCC. As a deeded homeowner, you enjoy year-round access to our private beach club, with the option to add on a seasonal pool membership. We also offer Associate access to the pool and beach for a limited number of non-deeded households within a one-mile radius.
